Synopsis of Minutes
Present via teleconference and/or Zoom: Jeff Weafer, Chairperson; Amanda Starosta, Vice-Chairperson; Nancy Kirk, Robert Volk; Dustin Hall; Don Sheppard; Shannon Leson; Scott Moffat; Chelsea Krentz; Gay Patrick; Denny Huyghebaert, Deputy Superintendent of Funeral and Cremation Services; Sandy Mahon, Registrar

Council was advised that there have been no complaints received since the last meeting of council and all complaints from 2020 have been successfully resolved. The Resource & Compliance Officer has completed three virtual compliance reviews so far in 2021.
A motion was passed that in view of the unusual economic circumstance the Human Resources Committee recommends freezing all salaries and honorariums for the 2021 year.
A further motion was passed to accept the October and November 2020 Revenue & Expense Reports as presented.
The next meeting of Council will be help virtually on Thursday, February 11th, 2021.
