Synopsis of Minutes

Council was advised that two complaints have been received and resolved since the last meeting of Council. In addition, file 2019-03 was concluded at a Discipline hearing held on March 24th, 2021. To date, 47 Virtual Compliance reviews have been completed.
A motion was passed to re-appoint Gloria Malinoski, EFDS 550, to the standing Discipline Committee.
A motion was passed to accept the January & February 2021 Revenue & Expense Reports as presented. And a further motion was passed to accept the 2020 Audited Financial Statements as presented.
A motion was passed that effective January 1st, 2021, attending meetings via Virtual Platforms will constitute personal attendance for Council members, Committee members and Mentors.
The next meeting of Council will be the 2021 Annual General Meeting held on May 13th, 2021. Council will conduct a special meeting after the AGM has been concluded to appoint a new Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson.
